Today I finally had a chance to see Mural, Jackson Pollock's largest work at 20' x 8'. This painting is a favorite of mine. I spent a good long time with it, knowing I won't get a chance to see it again before it leaves Boston's MFA next week. I am so content tonight, a check mark added to my bucket list! 😊❤

My first haiku with Haikubes! 17 syllables as 5-7-5 ✅ nature ✅

Tonight's Instant Pot dinner was chicken saag - delicious! I forgot to take a photo of the pot filled with fresh spinach with the chicken pieces on top and the onion, garlic and spices on bottom. It took 8 minutes of steam cooking. After taking out the cooked chicken I used my immersion blender to make it into the delicious sauce! Then I put the chicken back in and served it over long grain basmati rice. SO good!
