Good ‘ol Lowell. I’ve spent some time there as well. Gotta love the New England winters.
Lowell’s a great city – it has a vibrant art scene. It was beautiful during this storm last February (2013).
As for New England winters…by February I’ve had enough of the white stuff and the cold!
